World Resources Institute: An External Review of the World Resources Institute (2016- 2017)
IPE Triple Line Consulting | News [ 01st June 2016 ]
We have been chosen to conduct the upcoming review to deliver a high level assessment of progress against the 2014-17 Strategic Plan and using the standard OECD DAC evaluation criteria. We will provide a valuable assessment of performance and a basis for future strategy and direction for WRI’s Board and senior leaders. The 2016 review will be a key accountability tool for the donors who support WRI with institutional flexible funding with a particular focus on the deployment of funding, the agreed targets and maximising its ability to deliver. Data collected through interviews, meetings and focus group discussions will be cross-checked with documents and other information sources in order to ensure the quality and robustness of our emerging findings and conclusions. Once information and evidence has been collected and recorded, the Review Team will work closely together to analyse it and synthesise the main findings against the external review components. Review findings and conclusions will be distilled for clear presentation. This is an exciting opportunity for us as we are working with WRI for the first time where our team is working towards strengthening our reputation within the US.
