Coffey|DFID: Annual Review for Rwanda Multi-Donor Civil Society Programme and a Project Completion Review for the Public Policy Information Monitoring (PPIMA Phase II)(2016)

We have won the project to conduct two separate reviews for the Department of International Development (UK Aid) of two strategic empowerment and accountability programmes in Rwanda.  The projects aim to increase Rwandan civil society and citizens’ influence on the formulation and implementation of national and local policies and plans by 2016, through supporting: skills development in at least 15 Rwandan Civil Society Organisations; and the roll out of a community scorecard approach in four districts enabling citizens (specifically including women, youth, people with disabilities and historically marginalised people) to advocate more effectively for changes and improvements to the public services that they receive.
