Lisa has specialist knowledge of projects and grants schemes funded by both the UK Government's Department for International Development (DFID) and the European Union (EU). She brings an astute level of technical expertise to IPE Triple Line that includes assessing grant scheme proposals, preparing and managing social and economic development projects and monitoring and evaluation across all sector programmes. Much of Lisa's experience has been gained through working for the European Commission enabling her to become fully conversant with European Communities Development Policy and the principals of good governance. During the last ten years Lisa has also worked on many social and economic development consultancy projects in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Guinea, FYROM, Latvia, Lithuania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Vietnam. Lisa currently manages IPE Triple Line's partnerships in 3 EC Framework Contracts (Lot 7, Lot 10 and Lot 11) and 2 DFID Frameworks (GSDRC and EITI).
Before joining IPE Triple Line, Lisa worked as the Deputy Head of International Consultancy at West Midlands Enterprise (WME). One of her main responsibilities at WME was to manage two large European Community Framework Contracts to the value of €50 million.
Lisa holds a Diploma in Economics from Open University, Birmingham, UK. Lisa speaks fluent Spanish.
