Karin is responsible for business development at IPE Triple Line. She has worked for clients including the ADB, Danida, DFID, EU, JICA, OECD, Practical Action, Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), Transparency International, UNDP, and the World Bank. Her work has focused on aid effectiveness, development planning and evaluation. She has worked in the areas of urban management and poverty programmes, local government and decentralisation, institutional development and peace building and humanitarian policy.
Karin has significant experience of project cycle management, from identification and design of projects, through to evaluation of development cooperation. She is an experienced evaluator, having evaluated a wide range of international development projects using a range of methodologies including theory-based, participatory and results-based M&E.
Karin holds an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics (LSE); a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism Studies from Cardiff University; and an MA in Modern and Medieval Languages from Kings College, University of Cambridge. Karin speaks fluent German and French.
