Theo is a Consultant within IPE Triple Line’s Private Sector Development practice, with an expertise in quantitative and economic analysis. He works on monitoring and evaluation of private sector development programmes which reduce poverty and address market system failures. He has helped design impact verification studies for agriculture-facing businesses receiving funding from the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund, and contributed to the data analysis of an impact evaluation for Technoserve’s Coffee Initiative in Rwanda, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Tanzania.
Prior to working at IPE Triple Line, Theo worked at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for the Asia and Pacific Region (UNESCAP) and as an analyst in the financial sector. His academic research interests are in access to finance and financial regulatory policy in developing countries.
Theo holds a MPP from the Hertie School of Governance, and a BA (First Class) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University.
