Urban Development

Urban Development is an extremely complex, multi-disciplinary pursuit that affects the city dwellers in myriad ways and is the key to improving the quality of life of people in an increasingly urbanising world. Governments in cities across the world deal with a growing range of issues, including over-population, traffic congestion, pollution and high levels of energy consumption.

We have been at the forefront of national and sub-national level urban reforms and have been helping the public agencies in designing, implementing, managing and evaluating various urban development programmes. We provide unique end-to-end cross-functional service offerings encompassing smart cities, urban reforms, institutional design and capacity building, municipal services management, housing and urban infrastructure. We work with Governments, parastatal agencies and developmental institutions, leveraging our cross-sectoral expertise, insights and learnings to craft sustainable urban development strategies and guide appropriate decision making at all stages.
