I joined Triple Line in 2019 as Programme Manager on their FCDO-funded Cities and Infrastructure for Growth programme in Myanmar. The support I got from the senior management team was fantastic. Their humour and unwavering loyalty to me made an extremely challenging programme both pleasurable and rewarding to work on.

I have now transitioned to our London office to support company-wide operations and programme management. I feel very fortunate to have experienced both on-the-ground delivery in Myanmar and central management in the UK in such a short space of time. It’s given me a valuable overview of how the company works and where I can add the most value.

In fact, the pace of my own development speaks to the exceptional culture that underpins Triple Line. This is a nimble and responsive organisation that goes above and beyond to make things happen for its team members. It also contains some of the smartest people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Being part of a community of colleagues who genuinely encourage debate, invite challenge and promote the sharing of ideas is something that I have come to value greatly.
