Niamh brings skills in research and project management to a wide range of technical development sectors including disaster response, cash transfers and social protection.

Niamh is a multi-disciplinary Senior Consultant at Triple Line with extensive experience delivering and managing a portfolio of disaster response and recovery and humanitarian assistance projects. Her professional experience spans work in mixed methods research, policy analysis, and project management. Her skills include compiling literature reviews, qualitative data collection and analysis, survey and questionnaire design, and facilitating focus group discussions and consultations and extrapolating key findings. Niamh has worked on a very diverse portfolio ranging in content from cash transfers girl child programmes in India and Nepal to indigenous land tenure ship and forestry management in the Amazon.

Before joining Triple Line, she worked as a Researcher on the Social Protection Technical Assistance Facility on shock-responsive and cross cutting climate assignments, as well as a Project Manager at the Centre for Disaster Protection. Key research to highlight would be the series of papers published assessing the social protection infrastructure for Ukrainian refugees in bordering countries at the onset of the conflict, cited by the FAO and used as justification for a £4 million Ukraine Facility.

Niamh holds a MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science in Development Management, and a BA from The George Washington University where she studied International Affairs, Sociocultural Anthropology and Spanish.
