Jessica is a monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) professional with over twelve years of experience in designing and implementing evaluations and research.

Jessica is a monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) professional with over twelve years of experience in designing and implementing evaluations and research. She is an applied anthropologist by training, with extensive field experience primarily in sub-Saharan Africa and a particular focus on participatory research methods and working with children and adolescents.  An experienced evaluator, she has a strong track record of designing and leading large-scale, complex mixed methods evaluations, including process evaluations, a range of theory-based evaluations (including outcome harvesting, contribution analysis, and qualitative comparative analysis) and managing teams to deliver impact evaluations.  She currently leads Triple Line’s work in education, including managing a number of large, fund-level education evaluations including those for the Global Partnership for Education.
