Deborah is an international development professional with more than 15 years experience in the sector.

Deborah is development professional with 15+ years of experience, currently directing Triple Line operations in Ethiopia. With expertise in research, MEL, strategy development and private sector development, she has a proven track record in providing advisory services and designing and implementing diverse capacity-building programs in social and economic governance sectors. Prior to joining Triple Line Deborah worked in esteemed institutions such as the UNDP in Ethiopia and Norway and DFID/ FCDO. She has also served as a consultant for the World Bank, IFC and other bilateral organisations on national and regional projects. Holding an MA in International Trade Law, an MA in Development Studies, and a BA in Management and Business Administration, she leads with passion and determination to drive impactful projects.
