Isabelle is a consultant working within the Inclusive Growth and Resilience (IGR) team, leveraging her research experience in the fields of digital and sustainable governance, social advocacy, and climate finance, among others.

Isabelle is a consultant based out of Triple Line’s Manila office, supporting sector specialists in the implementation of projects concerning environmental equity and climate finance. She has provided research, analysis, and technical support for projects with various clients such as the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office; the Global Green Growth Institute; the United Nations Development Programme; and the Clean Air Fund. She also contributes to business development efforts and tender submissions.  

In the past, Isabelle worked with NGOs, international organizations, members of the academe, and think tanks—spearheading the writing of model policies for sustainable governance, contributing to the formation of established and emerging public servants in the Philippines, and unpacking the intricacies of pandemic protocol compliance in the Global South.  

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
