Jessabelle Lico is a seasoned development professional with over eight years of experience in project development, management, and interdisciplinary research.

Jessabelle Lico is a seasoned development professional with over eight years of experience in project development, management, and interdisciplinary research. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry and is currently completing her Master’s in Technology Management at the University of the Philippines Diliman. Her academic and professional background has equipped her with a strong foundation in forestry, climate change mitigation and adaptation, watershed management, and environmental impact assessment. She has worked extensively with consultancy firms and development organizations, leading initiatives in project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder coordination, training facilitation, and documentation.

Jessabelle also has in-depth experience and familiarity with the procurement processes of major international development agencies, including the ADB, World Bank, UNDP, USAID, GIZ, as well as the Philippine Government and its national government agencies (NGAs) and among others. She has successfully managed vendor engagements, overseen tendering processes, and formed strategic partnerships and joint ventures. Her expertise in developing competitive technical and financial proposals for both international donors and local institutions is complemented by her strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills - consistently delivering high-quality outputs that support innovation, sustainability, and meaningful development outcomes.
