She has experience in both private and public sector projects, particularly in urban development, systems implementation, transport, public financial management, policy review, and strategic planning in the Philippines, United Kingdom, and Australia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics and a postgraduate degree in Environment, Policy and Development.
