Geographically, Tetiana's experience covers Ukraine, Germany and broader international markets, where she has effectively navigated complex regulatory, tax and administrative environments to establish private sector firms and lead cross-functional teams.

Within the development sector, Tetiana has experience of private sector development, EU grant projects, and strengthening stakeholder and government relations. Her technical skills in executive recruitment and digital marketing add practical value to operationalising our local presence and driving sustainable growth. Tetiana holds an honours degree as a Diploma Engineer from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, and qualifications in advertising and PR, marketing, and EU grant acquisition.
