Mamta Raichura is a Consultant based in our Nairobi office and working within our EPAL team. She is an experienced consultant with a multifaceted background in MEL,  Education (in displacement), Job creation, and Digital sectors within Sub-Saharan Africa. 

Mamta is a competent project manager with a wide range of technical skills, including facilitating the implementation and measurement of systems change, providing technical input, and conducting quantitative and qualitative research. In addition to having a strong understanding of systems change thinking, stakeholder mapping, and impact monitoring, she has experience in designing evaluations, facilitating training sessions, and creating learning materials to facilitate adaptive programming. 

Additionally, Mamta's prior experience includes working within intergovernmental spaces, in diplomatic engagement, and with civil society.  Here, Mamta has demonstrated strong skills in stakeholder management and strategy development gathered through various assignments. Specifically, she has knowledge of work in a multi-lateral setting and a multifaceted experience of knowledge sharing, communications, and political analysis. Mamta holds a MSc in International Development from the London School of Economics.
