Mamta Raichura is a Senior Consultant based in our Nairobi office and working within our EPAL team. She is an experienced consultant with a multifaceted background in MEL, Education (in displacement), Job creation, and Digital sectors within Sub-Saharan Africa.
Mamta is an experienced project manager and technical advisor with deep expertise in systems change, research, and evaluation. She brings a strong foundation in facilitating the implementation and measurement of complex initiatives, offering strategic technical input, and applying both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Her areas of specialisation include systems change thinking, impact monitoring, and adaptive programming.
Mamta has led the design of theories of change, developed measurement frameworks, and applied developmental evaluation approaches to support learning and improvement across programmes. She has managed monitoring, learning, and evaluation (MLE) initiatives for large-scale development programmes, with a particular focus on knowledge management and system-level analysis of results. Here she has supported a wide array of clients, including the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), GSMA, Mastercard Foundation, Porticus, Standard Chartered Futuremakers, and the World Bank.
Her professional background also includes work within intergovernmental institutions, diplomatic engagement, and civil society, where she has developed strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement and strategy development. With experience in multilateral settings, Mamta brings a nuanced understanding of knowledge sharing, communications, and political analysis. She holds an MSc in International Development from the London School of Economics.
