Ekaterina is an experienced monitoring, evaluation and learning consultant, working on a range of issues, particularly related to governance, institutional reform, human rights and gender.
Ekaterina has strong technical experience in monitoring and evaluation and proven project management experience of multi-year programmes. Prior to joining Triple Line, Ekaterina worked as a consultant at Itad where she managed the MEL support on UK Government funded multi-year programmes and led on or supported quantitative and qualitative analysis and synthesis of primary and secondary data for MOPAN Organisational Assessments and corporate gender policy evaluations such as for WFP and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, among others. Finally, Ekaterina has experience in providing coordination and facilitation support for learning events and programme workshops with internal and external stakeholders, both remote and in the field.
Her skills include qualitative data collection and analysis including use of software such as MaxQDA, survey design, and communication of findings into easily digestible formats such as cases studies and blogs.
Ekaterina holds a BA in Economics and Development Studies from Brown University and a MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics.
