Ekaterina is a monitoring, evaluation and learning consultant, with an interest in institutional reform, human rights and gender and social inclusion.
Ekaterina has strong technical experience in monitoring and evaluation and proven project management experience of multi-year programmes. At Triple Line, she provides MEL support on assignments for clients such as the World Bank, FCDO, Sida and international nongovernmental organisations. Ekaterina also has experience in providing coordination and facilitation support for learning events and programme workshops for different audiences, remote and in the field. Her skills include qualitative data collection and analysis including use of software such as MaxQDA and ATLAS.ti, and communication of findings into easily digestible formats such as cases studies and blogs.
Ekaterina holds a BA in Economics and Development Studies from Brown University and a MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics.
