Frehiwot is an experienced project coordinator and HR administrator with skills in stakeholder, resource, and budget management. Frehiwot is the Addis Abeba office administrator and the first port of call for all Addis operations queries.

Frehiwot plays a central role in the day to day running of the Addis office, and is the project coordinator of our largest project in Ethiopia. She is responsible for project finance, coordination and Addis office administration, internal compliance, logistics and travel management. Prior to joining Triple line, Frehiwot worked at the R&D Group, Meribeandinet Trading, and Inform Africa supporting these organisations with project coordination and management, and HR administration. Frehiwot is experienced in stakeholder management, and has been responsible for coordinating with partners, and beneficiaries. She has been involved in co-designing program tools, co-facilitating skills development trainings, and representing companies’ projects at governmental, and international and financing organizations. She has also led on the procurement and management of service providers (trainers, mentors and coaches), and recrutiment more generally. Frehiwot is a team player with great interpersonal skills and lots of enthusiasm. She enjoys working with youth and professionals from different backgrounds, which helps her to grow professionally and as a person.
