Hilina is a consultant providing practical and research support to a range of Triple Line projects.

Hilina is a Consultant in Triple Line’s Addis office, working across the IGR and EPAL service lines and teams in Nairobi and London. She provides desk-based research, supporting data collection and data storage,  and support to team leads or assigned experts in conducting key informant interviews, data gathering. She also manages logistics for project field trips around Ethiopia and the surrounding countries. Hilina holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations (PSIR) from Addis Ababa University.
