Eyerusalem is a Monitoring and Evaluation professional with Eight years of combined experience in the academia and development sector, with a proven track record of teaching, researching, and advising research projects; designing, and implementing a result-based MEL system. 

Eyerusalem works across the Evaluation, Policy, Analysis, and Learning portfolio of Triple Line, and her expertise includes developing evaluation frameworks, designing data collection tools, and applying strategic evaluation methodologies. She has led national baseline studies in the digital and tourism sectors and conducted three strategic reviews across various sectors, including Market Systems Development, advocacy, agribusiness, youth employment, and enterprise development.
Before joining Triple line, Eyerusalem worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Analyst at First Consult PLC. Eyerusalem is proficient in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, with hands-on experience using STATA, Atlas.ti, SurveyCTO, and KoboToolbox, with a Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Mekelle University.
