Eyerusalem is a Monitoring and Evaluation professional with over six years of combined experience in the academia and development sector, with a proven track record of teaching, researching, and advising research projects; designing, and implementing a result-based MEL system. 

Eyerusalem works across the Evaluation, Policy, Analysis, and Learning portfolio of Triple Line, and has a thematic and MEL experience in private sector development, job creation, enterprise development, financial inclusion, and capacity building. 
Before joining Triple line, Eyerusalem worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Analyst at First Consult PLC on a job creation program funded by the Mastercard Foundation and other projects in bid development, drafting project continuity plans, and conducting scenario and market segmentation analysis. 

Eyerusalem has strong quantitative, qualitative, and analytical skills with a Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Mekelle University.
