I first joined Triple Line as a Managing consultant in 2020 just two weeks before the pandemic lockdown in the UK! I was promoted to be a Principal Consultant in 2023. Constant learning and improving have been my highlights of my journey at Triple Line.
Professionally, I have expanded my knowledge and experience. With Triple Line, I am given opportunities to develop projects or assigned to projects that suit my interests and expertise. Over the years, I enhance my engagements on gender equality and social inclusion in the context of forest governance and sustainable development. At the same time, I have honed my knowledge and skills in the climate space to include trendy topics such as how disadvantaged people and communities adapt to climate change and what are effective measurements should be used to help clients to capture evidence of impact.
At the personal level, I have strengthened my bonds with my colleagues from different teams and offices. Through in person or virtual interactions via our projects, I have been given opportunities to meet with talented and supportive colleagues from Triple Line, other consulting companies and clients, with whom I explore new cultures and approaches to development challenges at home and abroad. I have been enjoying working with teams based in European, Asian and African countries.
Looking forward from both personal and professional perspectives I am keen on strengthening my technical and soft skills. Specifically, I would like to strengthen my understanding of the science and policies behind climate change (and their impacts on different regions and different groups of people), while also honing your analytical and problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and project management skills.
