“From public servant to independent consultant — and a chance encounter with a college friend that reshaped the course of my professional journey”

I joined Triple Line in 2021, following IPE Management’s decision to transition the leadership of the Manila Office from New Delhi to London. With over two decades of experience in development management, I now lead a small but dynamic team working across water and urban development, climate finance, and gender equity. Since 2017, the Manila Office has grown from just three staff to a team of five, supported by three retained consultants, all working together to provide advisory services to government and development partners.

My work is grounded in a deep commitment to inclusive and sustainable development — ensuring that the needs of the most vulnerable and marginalised remain central in addressing today’s complex global challenges. Through Triple Line, I have had the privilege of contributing to diverse initiatives across sectors and geographies. Most recently, I led two successful project wins for the Manila Office: one with the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), and another with UNDP to streamline the People’s Survival Fund (PSF) — both aimed at strengthening community resilience.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked to bridge policy and practice, drawing on global best practices to shape local policies and provide relevant solutions. With a growing portfolio, a dedicated team, and strong support from Triple Line leadership, I’m excited about the opportunities ahead to help foster truly inclusive and sustainable growth across Southeast Asia and the Pacific region.
