In 2021, I joined Triple Line's Evaluation, Policy, and Learning (EPAL) team at the Kenya office, and it has been an incredible journey witnessing the remarkable transformation of our Nairobi office. From its humble beginnings with just four permanent staff members, this office has experienced exponential growth over the past two years, doubling in size and evolving into a unique 'Africa office' with a distinct and vibrant working culture that sets us apart from other companies in Kenya.
The expansion not only within the Nairobi office but also across the entire organisation has resulted in the formation of a diverse, innovative, and agile team. We are equipped with specialised sector knowledge and technical expertise, making us well-prepared to tackle any challenge that comes our way. Personally, Triple Line has provided me with abundant opportunities for professional development, fostering a culture of continuous learning at all levels.
The nature of the work I engage in has been both complex and varied, allowing me to make a tangible impact on our clients, not only in East Africa but on a global scale.
