“A team that’s growing in size, capacity and global influence…”

I am a Principal Consultant in Triple Line’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning practices. The organisation has changed quite a bit since I joined in 2013 to work on managing large grant-funded programmes for the FCDO (then DFID). In addition to growing in size, it has gradually developed into a more forward-thinking and agile company with significantly greater in-house resources and technical capacity.

These strengths were further enhanced when IPE Global acquired Triple Line in 2014. This not only gave us opportunities to work with a wider range of clients and in new geographies; it opened up possibilities to learn from colleagues working right across the globe.

That being said, Triple Line has retained much of its original culture that attracted me in the first place. It remains a ‘small company’ in values and is both personable and friendly. I genuinely enjoy working with my colleagues on a day-to-day basis, whether in-house or externally. And I particularly appreciate the opportunities it affords me to travel (COVID-19 notwithstanding!) and work on a range of stimulating and varied projects where I can see the impact of my work.
